Unwoven Reminiscence

Concept

In collaboration with the patients from Sant Joan de Déu, <em>Unwoven Reminiscence</em> is a project that transforms their memories and life stories into AI-generated tapestry. Through direct conversations, we extract meaningful memories that are processed with AI, guided by the participants' personal stories. These memories are then organized into a binary code matrix, classifying them by physical and emotional properties to create a unique weaving pattern. Using this method, each participant weaves a tapestry that visually narrates their own life history, blending technology with memory and craftsmanship of the patients.
